You remain in control of what other manipules can do with your documents. By default other users within your organization will have read only access. But just a couple of clicks is all it takes to keep a document or folder safe from prying eyes.
Another powerful feature is that ExSafe keeps a full history of all documents under its control and in just a few clicks you can refer back to a previous modelo. Our security features allow you to control how this feature can be utilized by other users - you don t necessarily want everyone to see those early drafts of your presentation!
But what about all your existing Office documents? Using the Windows edition of ExSafe, simply drag and drop them all into ExSafe. You will no longer have duplicate and out-of-date copies of your documents lying about, you ll have full disaster recovery in place, and you ll have eliminated the cost of administering file servers.
We create and manage a separate partition within our repository for each of our client organizations, and all users within an organization must use the same activation code to obtain access to this partition. It is not possible for users with different activation codes to share documents. Note however that although paid subscription users have their home folders protected in this way, users on the free trial subscription have their home folders stored in an area of our repository that is shared by all free trial users.
